Returns & Exchanges
The process begins here!
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to process a return or an exchange. You must fill out a request for an approval before returning or exchanging for all orders. Once approved, you will be emailed a Return Authorization number within 3 business day. The RA number must be indicated on the outside of your package. All Returns without a RA number will not be accepted or processed and will be returned back to sender.

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receipt to our warehouse.
Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees.
Please use a form of shipment that includes a tracking number to confirm receipt of your return. We are not responsible for missing/lost packages and will not process refunds for merchandise we do not receive. Any lost packages, must be filed with courier used to ship return.
